REP REEBOK A group strength training
program designed to use a platform, free weights, and barbells.
Rep Reebok is a simple and effective way to improve muscular
strength, function, shape, and definition.
PILATES Mind-body
exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates.
Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a
sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
SPINNING An
indoor stationary cycling program. Great for all fitness
levels and an AWESOME workout!!!! Bring your towels, heart
rate monitors, and water, and you're ready to SPIN INTO
FITNESS!!!!
BODY SCULPTING A
muscle conditioning workout, using variable weights, Xertubes,
BodyBars, Resist-A-Balls, Lex-Loops, and ankle weights will
sculpt and define your muscles.
STEP A
great cardio workout moving to motivating music using a
Reebok step with varied arm movements and foot patterns.
CARDIO
KICK An absolutely intense aerobic workout
incorporating various boxing movements. Don't miss out
on this great workout!
20/20/20 20
minutes of Step, 20 minutes of hi/lo or kick, warm-up,
cool down, and some abdominal work.
ATHLETIC INTERVALS Alternating
strength and cardio movements to challenge
your heart's ability to recover quickly.
